Reservations / Cancellations / Changes for groups and F.I.T.'s for all properties must be made with:

PAYMENT
60 days or more prior to date of arrival, confirmation of the reservation and a 50% deposit of the contracted value must be received by Rondebosch Manor.
28 days from date of arrival Rondebosch Manor must receive the balance of payment of the contracted value together with the rooming list.
GENERAL
Rondebosch Manor reserves the right to request deposits or full payment in advance of the above, in the case of large groups, long stays or high occupancy.
All guests staying at the property agree to abide by the house rules of Rondebosch Manor for the entire duration of their stay. All guests will settle all extras upon departure in cash with Rondebosch Manor directly. Rondebosch Manor reserves the right to refuse accommodation should full pre-payment of cleared funds not have been made to Rondebosch Manor prior to arrival.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT POLICY
Check In: From 14:00 - 18:00
Check Out: All room are to be vacated by 10:00. Late check outs may be subject to a day room rate.
CHILDRENS POLICY
Please note that we do not accommodate CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 YEARS OLD at Rondebosch Manor.
LATE ARRIVALS
All late arrivals, arrivals after 18:00 PM, need to be made in advance with management and may be subject to a late arrival charge.
ROOMS:
There is no gaurantee that the room requested will be the room allocated on arrival. Whilst every effort will be made to supply you with the room requested, management reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary at their sole discretion.
